Created by Kate Wallett, the Hub brings together thoughtfully chosen materials in one place, accessible to individuals, teams she works with directly, and their wider colleagues.
Resources are designed to fit busy working lives—from short two-minute videos to ten-minute reads—making it easy to reflect, learn, and strengthen leadership every day.

Kate Wallett is an expert in Organisational Behaviour and Leadership. Through her consultancy, Alchemize Consulting, she works with senior leaders to navigate complexity and change.
Clients describe her as thoughtful, calm, and insightful, creating space for honest conversation while keeping focus on what matters in practice.
